In 2014, he produced a documentary called “The Missing Anchor” which shared the stories of 10 fathers and the impact that their childhoods had on them being a fathers. In 2017, he started 300 Fathers which is a platform that helps fathers move from a place of fear driven responsibility to high performance fatherhood.
